Positive Motivation

Overview:

This course is one of the foundational areas in the flied of positive psychology
Motivation is a topic that is universally relevant and central to everyday life, not just to research
Psychology. For example: How do we get ourselves out of bed to take that morning run, and why is it so easy to find excuses not to? Why do we some times become addicted to experiences that are bad for us, and find it so hard to do what we know will be good for us? Although the answers to these questions are complex, the good news is that positive psychology and other branches of Research psychology has produced answers. The best part of motivation research is that it can be applied to real life situations for gains in performance and other desirable outcomes
